Had a great Christmas at this hotel! the breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of pastries and fresh fruits to choose from. the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were too soft.

Great Location and Breakfast, Good Staff Service
The location is great, close to major attractions and the subway. Breakfast was also good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was outdated and the bathroom needed repairs. No amenities were offered, leaving the room feeling bare. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. an okay stay for a short visit.
